Body and Fitness:Excercising and not loosing weight..YYY???

Hi Fellow strugglers,
I am excercising fro 40-60 mins a day and still not loosing weight....wots going on???

I eat moderatly. Not very less and not over-eating...Do i have to eat Super less to loose. My weighing machine is just stuck at 166pds. I am 5-4 in hgt. Does someone else gets the feeling that maybe my weighing machine is broken when u r just stuck like that ??? hahahaha LOL

HELP ME FRIENDS PLSSSSSS

Are you at your ideal body weight. For your height and age, calculate what you should weigh and if you are already there you may not lose too much weight after that. It is always hard to lose the last 10 lbs or so.

Try increasing the resitance level of your workout. For eg: if you are using the treadmill, crank up a notch on the incline. Also change your exercise routine for a while. If you are doing the same routine then your body gets a little used to it. By chaging you may use different muscles etc. Good luck.

not quantity of food that increases weight, but quality, so it doesnt matter if you eat ' moderately' , you might be eating more calories than you lose.
3 chocolate bars constitute a adult meal for an entire day, so dont go on quantity.
Make sure you are losing more calories than you are eating, only then will you see some effect.
