Body and Fitness:Query related to Mint water & honey +lemon juice

Hi All,

In several meaasge of this board, I read that Mint water and lemon juice with honey helps in reducing the fats. I just would like to know the logical reasoning behind this that how it would be really helpfull.

it doz nothing for ur body, but lemon gives vitamin c, so there.
minter water, lemon and honey cannot reduce fats, read the composition of fat cells on google or webmd and u will know.
only way to reduce fat is to loose it, thru good ol exercisin and dietin.
honey is all carbs, glucose and sum vits, lime is citric acid (vit c) and mint is : *Niacin and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Copper and Manganese. *
trust me dear if v could lose fats by drinkin these, dont u think this would be out in the market? no 1 would ever diet or exercise, just gobble mint lime and honey
sorry to disappoint yah but it doesnt do a thing for fat reduction

like mint water and all go back a long time. Some people experienced the placebo effect ( placebos are not medicines, but they are given out as medicines to patients, so that patients THINk they are medicines, and psychologically try healing themselves)
During medical trials, some people are given medicines and some are given placeboes, to assure that the medicines are indeend affecting people instead of placebo affect.
Mint water, lemon , honey and all these things may have a placebo affect, make you heal yourself psychologically , but 99% it doesnt work resulting in disappointment and more binge eating.
Diet control and good exercise not only helps you reduce weight Healthily, but also promotes good health of all your bodily organs including the cardiovascular system.
Dieting should be based on your daily caloric needs and caloric deficit, i have lost my weight twice doing this, its slow, but its steady and it keeps you healthy.
Exercise and diet control are the two magical things that will keep you healthy and promote optimism.
Fat cells can only be reduced by using the fat, through energy exposure, or by liposuction. The number of fat cells are neve reduced, only their fat content is reduced gradually.

Thanks Rajm for reply.

I would more google abt what u said.

Actually I was confused here becoz in so many post it was mentioned that mint water/ honey with lemon juice will helps in reducing the fats.

I know exercise is the only one which would help me in reducing the fats after my delivery. Dieting also helps me but not upto great extent might be becoz our diet was already balanced one.
