Body and Fitness:How To Lose Fat in Thighs?

I have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy especially in Thigh area.Please sugeest some exercises to be done at the Gym and Home for Thigh Reduction.Please Help.Thankyou.

Hi Jyothika,
Look, it is very difficult to lose weight on your thighs, but it isnt impossible as such. All you need to do is some simple thigh exercises. Sit ups are considered the best for thigh redution. You can start off with 25 counts a day! Gradually increase it. You can also do leg raises, and the best would be to join a gym, where you can have good equipment to lessen your weight on ur thighs, and also this has to be done with good dieting. By dieting, we dont mean strict diet, but it should be one, where you avoid sweet, and fatty food. hope this message was helpful! All the best!

It is extremely difficult to reduce thighs as it is a layered fat and the body uses it to feed the baby. Don't worry unless you have developed cellulite.
