during our last visit, our doctor asked me to take the tablet Provironum (contains Mesteroione). She said this will boost the sperm count. Is it ok to take these kind of tablets? I am worried about the side effects.

Dear Ravi,
The side effects of androgen are serious in female. It is safe to take 2-3 tablets per day over a few weeks.
For more talk to your Dr.
You can discontinue once you know your wife is pregnant.
