I am 8 days past the day I ovulated. I am having many symptoms, one of the worst is my breasts, they are feeling heavy and they hurt. I have to walk softly due to the pain. I am having some lower cramps and yesturday I took a 4 hour nap, I never nap! Also, my CM is sticky, is it suppose to be like that? On what day is it ok to take a test? Thanks for any advice!

Dear L Singh,
Symptoms you said are common for PMS and pregnancy. If you are sure obout ovulation then wait for a week and then start testing with first moring urine.

Take bed rest if required and do not exert a lot.
