Archie, i got my periods yesterday so this time my cycle is of 28 days...and i got my IUI on cd15...it means i ovulated on cd14..is this the reason i couldn't conceive or some reason pls clarify..thanxs

Dear Shilpi,
Period and ovulation are like this,
you can have period without ovulation.
But when ultrasound showed you were ovulating then your period is followed by ovulation.

If period arrive on 28th day then you ovulated between CD13 and CD14. Mostly CD13. IUI on CD15 was definitely way late to make it success.

In IUI the success is more if procedure done just a few hours before ovulation.

Good luck for the next cycle.
