Hi Debbie, everything is available in India so you need not worry just come and check in big shopping malls or hyper market where you can find all these brands as per your needs.

I am not sure about nashik and saputara but you will find both pampers and huggies everywhere in mumbai. But i think instead of having to go around searching for diapers it would be better if you get them with you.

Pampers and huggies are well know brands and are available at every store and its not that you are travelling to some village where you won't find any medical shop or anything. Pampers and huggies are available everywhere in the country.

Yes pampers and huggies are available everywhere in india as almost all the parents with small kids prefer them as they are known brands. You will be able to get them in all medical stores and also in the mall.

yea, not to worry at all.at every 2 mins you would find a medical store. in fact i would suggest you not to carry even a single pack because you would get it almost at every nook. Apart from that , there are some big departmental stores wherein you will get several options

At the same time the child is feeling some pain So try to understand and consult a doctor.... - sharmasanvi [View Message]
RE:bowel movement in 2 week old infant
Some babies go through phases when they either can't use the muscles to empty their bowels or they "forget how to". In that case, it's safest keep using the suppositories daily to make them do a dirty in 5 minutes.... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:where can I get laxative?
You can get either glycerin or bisacodyl suppositories in any Indian pharmacy - I recommend saving money by not buying child-size ones, instead cutting adult supps in half to make a child-size dosage.
(I have a daughter with long-term bowel issues: she can't "do" without them!)... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:constipation
When the baby is in discomfort from constipation (especially if she hasn't done some dirty for two days or more), the first thing you should give is a glycerin suppository.... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:hi
Most doctors say banana doesn't help - the potassium in it makes constipation worse. Remember you can make your own prune puree in a blender. Grape, grapefruit and papaya are also laxative fruits. And remember you can safely use baby suppositories as often as you need to (they also help with "training" the baby to do a dirty at the same time every day)... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:Baby Movements/Development
Consult a good doctor immediately as this should not be ignored as it will cause a big issue if you let it go now, please seek doctors advice on immediate basis.... - Aditi [View Message]
RE:Baby Movements/Development
Hi Karthik this is a serious issue and you should look into this matter very seriously as its concern with your own child and you cannot let things go, have a good consulting done by a good doctor.... - Amaira [View Message]
