Hi guys
My son is 5 month old too.
I have been giving him different kinds of cereal - barley, oatmeal, rice with apples, rice with pears etc.
I started veggies as well carrots, peas, squash, mashed potatoes. I wish he would eat some ragi but he refuses it, it's pretty hot in NY so I also give some juices or plain water while I can.
Hope this helps.
Have your little ones started teething yet? I think mine is.
Take Care
Karuna

Hi Usha

I have a 5 mth old daughter as well. You can try giving crackers or baby cookies that help the hardening of the gums for teething.
