about tofu recipes,,you can give it raw provided its soft tofu. just mash it with hands and put it in your baby foods,,dont fry it,rather it roast it with a lite touch of ghee or butter,,,until its skin becomes pinkish.
you can bake tofu with vegies, put them to oven at 350dgres, for upto 10 mins,with a sprinkle or dash of butter or olive oil,,watver your availability...
throw them in your daily foods, and remove it from your food and wash them and give it to baby,,likewise, u will slowly be able to introduce the other spices that we use in our foods and your baby will get a mild taste of it!
great finger food with pastas too..just boil pastas,as directed, add in roasted tofu or bakes tofu,,and good to go,
organic are good not bad,,it depds on the place where you are buying organic foods...if its a speciality store, its often as said organic,,if not, then even if its mentioned, u will read the package details and u wil come to know that natural fertilisers(not always organic or hybrid quality) are used !!!
so check on that,,anything that you eat, and doesnt give you any discomfort is inshort good for baby ! so make your baby eat what you are eating,,in later stage it will easier to deal with him when it comes to food !
