I am also concerned about my son flat head i really dont kow is he has flat head or normal.How can i see?what do u mean by helmet?he is 8 month old and mostly i make him sleep on sides on the normal adult pillow.i give him plenty of time for tummy which he likes now.
pls suggest?

plz dunt use pillow...use folded cloth instead of pillow for few months try to keep baby's head straighten while sleeping by keeping two folded cloths on either side of baby's head while sleeping to avoid baby's head move..i am sure thiz helpsss.u can see the difference within 1 or 2 months...and try to massage ur baby's head like rounding with ur palm using olive oil.and try to avoid putting him in pram oir car seat for long timee to get ur work done..and atlast what i can say iz baby's head usually moulds by itz own whn ebbay iz 1 to 1.5 yrs olz..only if itz too much flatten u need t worry or use helmet(baby helmet for rounding purpose)
