Hi archie,
I am planning for baby, my periods are very regular at 30 days, can you tell me when are my days of ovulation.What are the days i should plan. It will be of really great help for me.

Dear Rashmee,
With regular cycles of 30 days, you are likely to ovulate on CD16 or CD15. Intercourse from CD13 to CD18 is best for you.
