i am of appropriate ht with exact weight and with in the limit of my BMI but my main problem is i have a tummy which look odd when i wear frocks, tight shirts, fantacy night gowns b4 my husband n some times due to this tummy my husband's mood gets off.... does any one know the way of reducing their tummy especially the upper part of the tummy as i wear a tight for the lower paert i stay in US n i tried all the kind of Slimming belts to reduce my tummy but are in vain i really wonder howother ladies even after their 6th or 7th delivery look like college girl i asked this to my American collegue who is a mther of 7 children and still looks like 28 yrs old lady.... she said no secret is underlying its their body structure..... any one kindly help me abt my tummy plzzzzzzzzz........ bcoz its annoying my sex life nmy life with my husband too as we live in US he likes me wearing all the western dresses in which i look okward with my tummy so plz friend s help me........ waiting forf ur reply's plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

. . . you can easily do some research into exercises and better diets. slimming belts do nothing. chances are you american (by which i presume you mean white) friends exercise judiciously and regularly and are very careful with what they eat in order to slim down.

you can't just lose that fat in the upper part of your tummy. i highly recommend you join a local gym or do some overall aerobic activity while cleaning up your diet. i would also recommend reducing carbohydrates and minimising sugars and refined products while increasing the amount of protein and whole grains and natural foods in your diet. so avoid the white breads, the sugars, the salts, the ghee, and the deep frying. go see a nutritionist.

the only way to lose fat is by transitioning to a healthier eating regimen, while reducing your overall calorie intake very slowly, and incorporating exercise with an emphasis on aerobic exercise with some weight training to improve the tone of your muscles.
