Body and Fitness:friends please help me out of my problem

i'm 106 kgs and i'm 29 yrs old women having 1 1/2 yrs child. after deliveyr i have put over 35 kgs. can anybody help me out with proper diet tips for my weight. i'm over depressed and frustrated with this over weight. please help me out dear friends. please suggest me proper diet for my weight. i'm 5'6 i height.

I understand your over weight now. I suggest you follow a good diet. Eat well balanced food. Eat in small quantity between 3 hrs. Eat all wheat based items and Fruits and vegetables for 15 days with lot of water i am sure you will find a lot of difference. Take your baby for a walk. Watch yoga or aerobic program i TV take notes from that i do try at home

u shud reduce atleast 30 kg's..i will suggest u some tips which i follwed aftermy delivery

1)try to fill ur stomach with low calorie recipes
2) eat loots of fruits n veggies
3)use 1 tsp of oil for cooking
4)if u r still using dipaer for baby..use cloth one's..so that washing cloth diapers iz itself an exercise
5)lie flat on floor..make ur baby sit on ur leg..lift ur knee n swing ur baby up n down....try to stay for 1 min b4 bringing back ur knee..thiz iz fun for both u n baby..and u can reduce ur tummy by thiz
6)can dance even if u r nott a dancer for rocking songs..let ur baby accompany u
7)cook ur non favourite n ur dh's favourite food...u can eat loot of watermelon's
8)avoid going for shopping with empty stomach.
9)avoid eating leftover food(especially baby's)..can either freeze it or discard it
10)drink looots water..avoid rice n maida
11)walk for atleast 30 min daily..if u dunt get time jog for 10 min..dancing for 10 min will b gr88...u juz want to play some 5 songs hardly n dance vigourously

thanxalot for ur advice. and iwilldefinitely strictly follow from now onwards.
what u said is right i used to eat lots of rice andmaida products and i used to go for shopping with empty stomach and i also eat leftover food of my baby and from today onwards i wont put diaper to my baby. thanx for ur suggestion .
