Eating Problems:Hair growth slow - what to do?
2008-05-08
Name: Mrudula

My baby' s hair growth seems to be very slow. She is close to 2 now. she had less hair at birth and it took one year to get hair all over the head. Later it grew fast for 6 months. After that we had a mundan for her in India and later after 3 weeks I got a complete shave at salon here. I wanted a shave with blade because they say repetitive shaves will help growth, but they use only clips in US and they just trimmed close to shave. Now 3 months after that she has got her head covered completely and is thick over the head but its not long enough. With her birthday approaching in a month, I want to know if there is anything I can do to help the growth. She takes only around 12 oz.s of milk in a day. I apply coconut oil on her head daily but she has head bath only twice a week. Recently I started applying castor oil on top of the coconut oil. Is there anything I can do to speed up the grow/th, like increase milk or head bath more or any oil? Please suggest.
