hey sarah,
not knowing the amount taken is the beauty of breastfeeding:)i was breastfeeding my son till the age of 5 and a half months and he would nurse only for 10 mins as well!!!i guess when they grow up,their sucking power increases and they can fill up their tummies in a shorter span of time.
as goes for nutrition,u r doing a great job by breastfeeding ur little angel.dont worry too much.your anxities at this point of time can spoil her food habits.so take it easy and im sure if thrs anything worrisome,ur pead will guide u abt it.
tc and relax!!!!

hi sarah,
my son is 6 months and 20 days old.here is the schedule i follow for him:
9:30-10 am banana/cerelac
1:30-2 pm curd
5:30-6 pm dal water
8-8:30 pm 8 oz nan2
12 am 7 oz nan2
between 4-6 am 7 oz nan2

having gone thru ur feeding schedule,i feel tht u r feeding ur little one too frequently.try to increase the feeding qty by increasing the time interval between feeds.also,my pead recommends only feeding the baby when he is HUNGRY!!!so tht ways they will learn to eat in a healthier way.
hope this helps.tc
