Feeding:7 month old feeding plan

my daughter completed 7 months on feb 9th.. i have just started wid solids..(i tired from 6th month, gave a break n now started again)...dis time shes better.. atleast taking something..
plz give me a feeding plan like wat should i give her n wat not to, wat do i feed her at wat times....

i had a c-section.
wat bout u?
i give her milk at 7 am,
nestum+ lactogen paste at 10.30, raagi poridge at 1.00, 4.30 raagi paste, 7pm milk n 10pm nestum in bottle.
i do give her rice wid dhall..
wats ur lil one´ s schdule?

Just copy the message id...

Look at the address bar on the webpage, there you will see some thing called ´ message id = 12409 & table´ delete only the message id (12409) and copy the message id that I´ ve written below in place of that. Let everything else be the same. Hit ´ enter´ and you will be taken to the respective page.
