Hope u r doing fine. I guess u have few more weeks to go. My heartiest wishes to u.
I know the chances for healthy couples each month is 20%. But still why does it take so long to conceive. Is it because of the age? I am 27(turning 28 in 2 months). My hubby is 31. That means the chance of getting pregnant reduces??You know how I stressed myself out when I was BBT ing in april and due to that my ovulation was delayed. That month we timed our intercourse in such a way that we didn't miss it. But still it didn't happen and that is because of stress. Last month I didn't BBT or think that I was trying, I ovulated on the 16th day(my usual time) and got my periods. But again on the day of my ovulation I was stressing out as know I was ovulating(due to ovulation cramp). After considering all these I don't think OPK would work on us. I would still stress myself for a positive in OPK. What else can I do, I can't stop thinking about it, I can't use any of these, I want a baby. My hubby's SA result will be next week. My HSG went well, clear tubes and I checked my thyroid, it is fine. I don't know where am I going wrong. Do u think having intercourse every other day from 9 to 22 days is a good idea? There is nothing wrong, with an exception of stress.

I have to tell you that the month you will take it easy you may find yourself conceived.

All you need to do is to avoid stress. Not to stress your husband as well. He plays equal role in this process and stress affects his count and even quantity of semen. So taking it easy is key for you.

Why should yoyou sget stressed when you knoow that you are ovulating. That should be the day you should feel positive about aspect. Let not your spouse know how you feel and what your body sense about ovulation, so he will be normal too.

Intercourse from CD13 to CD25 would be good idea. Of course once a 24 hours or 48 hours should be fine (your way every alternative day:once 48 hours).
