If your daughter is willing to have formula, you can buy 1 half kg packet of Lactogen 3. Alternatively, you can try in some big supermarkets for milk powder like Nido or Amul. But, PLEASE make sure it is milk powder and NOT dairy whitener. Amulya and Everyday are dairy whiteners, and are very unhealthy for kids.

Carry the milk powder dry in measured containers. Go to any baby store and ask for milk powder containers. You get these dispensers in which you can put measured scoops of milk powder. So, if your daughter has 1 glass (8 oz)of milk, then you can put 8 scoops of milk powder in each compartment. Then carry a small wide neck bottle. Whenever you want to make her feed, put the milk powder in the bottle, add boiled cooled water / packaged water, shake until dissolved and offer her in her regular cup / straw glass.
