hi moms....i have twin daughters who r 6 months old now!!on my doc' s advice i started with top feed when they were a month old...i used lactogen-1!my elder daughter drinks it readily but my younger one doesnt drink it at all right from the beginning!!now i want to stop giving her breastfeed all the time....but she does not drink lactogen at all!!if i offer her in abottle she chews on the nipple and i cant feed her with a spoon or anything as she spills it out...pls help me...how do i make her drink formula milk??help me fast!!!! Susan replied. had the same prob with my lil girl . I used to produce very little milk which wasn' t enough for her and so tried to give her bottle... but she never took it... so i used to prop her up using pillows and cushions and distract her with toys/ key chains etc and feed her using a spoon. SHe wud take hardly 1 ounce at a time... but i kept on trying ... slowly i added mashed banana etcc to the milk ,
BTW i never stopped bf. I still breastfeed her. She is 14 months now. However little u have pls still giv her
