Can anyone tell me how to prepare Gobi Manchurian Dry....

Ingredients:

Cauliflower- 1 small
All purpose flour-1 cup
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Corn flour-1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped (long) onion-1/4
Green chilli- 2
Chopped garlic flakes- 10
Smashed ginger-3/4tbsp
Tomato sauce-1/4 cup
Soy sauce-1tsp
Ajinomoto -2 pinch
Coriander leaves


Method:

1) Boil the flowerets in water and set them aside to drain all the water.
2) Make batter by mixing all the flours and salt.The batter should be in medium consistency.
3) In deep skillet heat oil, dip the cauliflower florets in the batter one by one and deep fry it in hot oil.Set them aside
4) Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet saute onions, Green chillies, ginger, garlic pieces for 3 to 4 mins. Then add ajinomoto, a little salt, saute it for 1 min. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and cook for 3 mins. Then add fried cauliflower florets stir it. Do this on high flame.
5) Garnish with coriander leaves.
