We had one in 2002. Total expense including drugs was about $12K. Some clincs have a package where you pay like $20K and the deal is patient will be covered for 3 fresh IVF cycles and few Frozen embroys cycles. However, if patient gets pregnant in 1st cycle still we end up paying $20k. In the event of failure after 3 fresh cycles, clinc will reimburse about 80% of money. It's kind of buying insurance for 3 cycles. If we get pregnant in first cycle we pay more but, on other side if not then we are covered for another cycle. Check with your doctor whether they have any such option.

Good Luck-
Bhanu
