You mentioned in one of your previous posts that you cannot go out because she needs to be BF.
Here' s a suggestion. Reduce your attention on solids for now. I.e. keep offering her solids, but don' t worry if she won' t have it. Instead, let' s focus on getting her used to the bottle. She doesn' t like the bottle and it' s contents, so use a breast pump, and fill a bottle with your BM. Try and encourage her to have it. Put a small quantity - 1 or 2 oz. Gradually, she will start accepting the bottle because it contains her favourite drink - BM. Once she takes the bottle successfully, slowly add half oz of FM to it. Keep this up for a week, then make it 1 and half oz of FM to a bottle of BM. Slowly increase the amount of FM over a period of time. This way, you can be sure of her milk intake even if you have to go out. In a worst case scenario, if she doesn' t take FM, give her expressed BM as much as it' s possible. And you can try giving her cheese or dahi to fulfil her calcium intake. My son HATES milk. He' s 15 months old - won' t have FM or Cow' s milk. He' s also a fussy eater. So, I try giving him one katori of dahi or one slice of cheese. Sometimes, he' ll have just that.
About solids, give her easily digestible food first. Try giving her only dahi... let her eat herself. Put the plate in front of her and encourage her to eat herself. Let it be one bite or three bites. Doesn' t matter. Applaud when she takes each bite, and when she' s through, immediately take away the plate. If she eats dahi... give her only dahi three times a day for a few days... it' s important to build their trust. Then add a little dal chaval to the dahi and give her after a few days. And so on. Try fruits in the evening - some children like sour things - offer her peeled orange chinks of pods (all membrane removed) or skinned grapes chopped into 4 pieces (at least).
My son is so fussy sometimes he goes through a whole day with just half a katori of dahi - NOT A DROP OF MILK and not a bite of solids. But, the doc says he' s ok. So, I' m trying to be ok with this situation.
What I do for him is I take some ghee, lightly fry some sooji in it, then add water, sugar and boil. Once cooked I add a small quantity of milk to it (if I put too much milk, he rejects it, so maybe 2 - 3 oz at the most). I put this in a bottle (the teat should have a big enough hole for it to pass through). Since it' s sweet and there' s not much milky smell, I put him in front of the TV and try to get him to have it. Once she is used to the bottle, maybe you can try this. This really helped me, since I felt that at least something is going into his body.
It' s strange since most babies and children reject food, but the majority will at least have milk. With these kids not having milk can be very frustrating. But, don' t worry and don' t lose heart. When you feed her, be calm, don' t let her see you getting anxious or angry.
All the best. Hope your situation improves.
