Feeding:Oats for 6 months old..

Hi,

i am eager to start giving my baby oatmeal cereal, can anyone guide me on this whether is her age right to have oats? any recipes how to prepare oats? which brand of oats..? any previous msg ids will also be helpful..thanks..

i starting giving oats to my kid from 8 months...but u have to put oats in mixie blend it well, sieve it...to make fine powder....u can mix it with mix, little bit salt....but wait for another 2-3 months....

its hard for ure baby to digest oats gve ure baby rice or wheat (semisolid)hold on to oats til he is 1 yr.

hi,
i suggest you wait till 1 year.oats have to be mixed with milk and generally milk ( buffalo or cows) is heavy for their gut as its protein content is higher which is not good for their kidneys....this is my opinion..
