Body and Fitness:How to loose wt after pregnancy

Hi guys,
I like this website a lot.
I just gave birth to a baby boy. I gain 38lb durinbg my pregnancy. I lost 16lb in first week after delivery, but now problem is remaining 22 lb.
How i can loose this wt.
I am doing some aerobic exercise 10 to 15mins five days and abdomen crunches 3 days/wk. It's now one month but there is no result at all. I am brestfeeding my baby. i gain 2lb afterthat also. Also i have some lower back problem too. So I cannot do vigorous exercise.
please give some suggestion.
