nisha replied. HI, To start out I think first you should worry about tummy and hips, after I will tell about legs, butt shoulders, arms, chest. Before you start , if you like music, out it on and dance around for 15 mins for WARM UP! Then follow these steps, do it everyday, in one week then you can tell me what else you want to lose, first you should start with this. Make SURE you eat fruits and veggies.. Don’t give up!!!!!!!!!! When you are watching tv, during the ads, do jumping jacks.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER<
(ABS AND WAIST)
1) THIS WILL HELP YOU FLATTEN YOUR TUMMY LIKE NOTHING ELSE!
1) Lie on your back with ur head and shoulders off the floor, knees pulled into the chest, holding onto your shins.
2) Inhale while straightening arms and legs out , keeping abs pulled in and lower back in contact with the floor.
3) Exhale and bend knees bringing them into chest again, holding onto shins .
KEEP ON REPEATING 15 TIMES.
Drink water
1) Lie on your back and straighten legs up into the air above hips. Next, lift head and shoulders off the floor, hands touching shins, abs and legs tight , toes pointed .
2) Keeping abs pulled in, exhale as u bring right leg toward your chest and lower left leg down to floor.
3) Switch legs in the air as u exhale, always keeping your lower back in contact with the floor and abs tight.
REPEAT 15 TIMES.
