i am mother of 15 month old baby.till now she always had her fluids including milk only with spoon and bowl.still she hasn' t learnedto drink from sippy cup.now all of a sudden she is feeling aversion towards spoon and bowl.i am at my wits end. dont know how to make her drink any thing. past 2 weeks ,i had no choice but to force feed her. i have stopped bf only couple of weeks back. can somebody help me??? asha replied. somekids like mine is very sensitive to bf. since u said u recently stopped feeding her which is good since she is already 15months, she may be reacting like this.

Forcefeeding doesnt offer long term solutions.
The following worked for me, hope it does for u too.
You dont offer her any fluids for a week or 2 except water unless she asks for it. let her get a break and settle down.



vidya replied. Could be because the milk flow is not continous when u feed with spoon. she likes to suck and is used to it.. does she take a bottle? try offering milk in a bottle first and slowly transition into sippy cup...
