Do you think finding a baby name is difficult? Why you chose a particular name for your baby? Do you think about a baby name even if you are not married?

No I do not think that finding a baby name is difficult. Others may not think in this way. I am not married yet but I am going to tie a knot in coming months. I just came across this article and found it very interesting. I also read other related articles. That is why I saying, that choosing a name for a baby is not at all difficult after reading so much on naming baby. I think I should talk with my fiancé about this subject. What if we do not have kids, we can of course talk about naming our future babies. I think that will be interesting. I think one should listen to others suggestions while naming baby but final decision should be of mother. Yes, sometimes I do think what I will name my baby, even if I am not married.

Yes, finding a baby name can be difficult. I believe that one should not use very unusual name or name that is hard to pronounce and spell. Girls should be given girly names like Aliya, Jiya, Priti, etc. boys should be given masculine names like Abhiraj, Rohith, Orman, and etc. boys can be given cute names like Pavan, Ved or Atul. Avoid choosing names which are too common. My aunt' s daughter' s name is Pooja, my best friend' s name is Pooja and my colleague' s name is Pooja too. So avoid such common names. I named my daughter ' Kshitija' . It is quite different name. It mean horizon. Now my friend is expecting. I will forward this article to her. It will be useful for her.

I am expecting a little girl and would appreciate any suggestions you have for names. I like the name Yashthi / Yasthi and my husband likes Diya. What do you think?

Thanks

Finding a name for a baby is somewhat difficult. It could lead to arguments if your choice of the baby name does not match with choice of your partner. I named my baby ' Aaditya' and its meaning is ' sun' . I wanted a name which will be simple yet have some prominent meaning. Few months ago I gave birth to my son. When I came to know that I am pregnant I started thinking of names. In fact when I was teenager I used to think a lot on will I have baby boy or baby girl in the future? What will I name my baby? I was dating my husband before we got married and sometimes we used to talk about having family in the future. I even fought with him one day about not selecting a celebrity name for our baby. We searched several websites to search the names.
