Thank you Archie for your advise. But Archie I could not understand the meaning of CD9 - CD13, can you explain me? Rest of all,I understood and I will follow the same. Any progress in the matter will tell you.

Dear Jaldahare,
CD is nothing but Cycle Day.
The day you experience period is first day of new cycle, thus Cycle Day 1 or CD1.
Next day is CD2 and on ward.
Hope this helps understanding CD9 and CD13.
