Trying since long:Vibrating pain in uterus

Hello friends

First sorry for writing such a big story.

I used to have a 30 day cycle. I' m TTC and under treatment for PCOD and thyroid. Under follicular scan too.

With the help of siphene my follicle developed large upto 3 cm on D12 and i was given hcg 10000 shot on the same day to release the egg.

On D15, from the scan came to know follicle has grown 4cm and started haemorrhaging. Dr said she cud see the POD fluid which means I have ovulated because of the injection.Again on D15 given hcg 10000 shot. Sometime after injection I started feeling bit cramps as like first day of periods and then it vanished. But I didnt had any white discharge as I used to have in my regular period.

On D17 went for the TVS scan, they said follicle stopped growing and remains in the same size. which they said it has turned to corpus luteum cyst.

Gyn has given me Duphaston for 12 days from D20.

On D22,23, 24 and 25 had severe killer headache with mild back ache which is not a caffeine ache.

From D26 the head ache is much reduced but I started feeling some sort of vibration and severe cramps in the place of uterus accompanied by severe leg pain as of I' m going to get the period on that night.

Now the vibrating pain is coming not so often like 5 times a day. Coming whenever I sit or stand.
Today, I' m on day 30, did a home preg test yesterday which turned negative (not even a faint line :().

P.s:Since D10 i' m urinating frequently and having fatigue and hungry often.

I' m so worried of this and weeped a lot because of my condition. I' m going to be 27 by July. Had a natural MC in last October, that time also I didnt get any pregnancy symptom except hunger and urination and a missed period.

Friends please pray for me and let me know can anyone is devoid of the symptoms when they are pregnant?

Firstly u need to calm down i can understand what u are going through however it is very essential for you to relax and stop worrying. Pregnancy symptoms vary from each woman to another, so the symptoms that u have might be different from another. So dont break ur head about the symptoms as the more and more u ask people u will certainly get confused. Moreover D30 is too early to do a pregnancy test at home Even for me it turned out to be negative and i was so disappointed. But later since I did not get my periods, i went to the doctor and she adviced me for blood test which turned out to be positive. So chill and just have patience for another 5-10 days. Remember ur excitement and worries will play a very vital role in messing up things.
All the best....
