My cycles are irregular From few months if i dont take medicine then no periods.Taking progesterone pills. Other hormone are fine. this month gone for IUI with a very good follicular size, sperm motility..but it failed. Earlier done with hystosalphingography and Doc says that my both tubes are patent. After doing IUI now doc says she is not confident about right tube and wan to do laproscopy.Does hystosalphingography is not a confirmatory test of tubal patency? wat shud i do? Akshada replied. yes hystosalphingography is a confirmatory test for the uterine wall n tube only but sometimes yr doctor wud hav n doubt n still go heard with it !!

laproscop is another test but most of the time will damage the tube whn done !!

so i suggest u do a hsg test its a test where they pass a dye n check if teh fluid is passing thro sometimes if their is a block it will remove it also !!

if u hav done this test b4 itself thn laproscopy s only option !! go for a second opion too becoz some doc do it for teh money also !!
