Feeding:How to stop bottle feeding

My daughter will turn 2 years old next month.How do i encourge her to start having milk in a sippy/cup as she is still bottle fed?

pl help

Travelling in same boat. My son is in his 20th month. He wants his feeding bottle when ever he thinks about it. Early morning at 3 or 4, he gets up and searches for bottle in dark, or else cry till i give him bottle. I thought he will change soon. but the situation is getting worst. I am afraid to give milk in sipping cup. is it ok to do?
