I just check the packing of the chese n its called Bavarian smoked cheese naturally smoked processed cheese and i buy it in our local supermarket (Sainsbury' s). I am in UK u can try your local supermarket in US. I grate it before i give it to my son i thought he won' t like cos of its mild smoked flavour but to my surprize he liked it but i won' t let him have more then couple of teaspoons. its like a treat for him once a week.
