hey..i just went through a c-section and been blessed with a lil baby boy but the issue is i have startd feeding him since he is just 5 days old he dosent know how to take feed properly, so he is biting my nippples constantly, and it is horribly paining and the nipples statrd bleeding as a result now i cant breast feed him and have to take out milk from my breast in a container and i feel really bad.pls help wat shud i do, even this process is not all comfortable.anyone goin through the same problem..need help urgently rc replied. i also faced the same problem during my first pregnancy after c-sec.hospital provided me nipple shield and it worked.my baby started suking and nipple problems solved also.
apply ghee or ointment on one nipple and breast feed for 2-3 times from other one.and then do the same on turn by turn. MG replied. Hi Ramya

I guess there not much to worry. Sore nipples is very common. You can show it to ur doc. She will prescribe some ointment for ur nipples. Most moms use \" nipcare\" . I also had this problem and my MIL suggested to apply ghee and it worked for me. And biting feeling that u have is just because ur kid is still learning to suck. So dont worry. Just make sure that ur nipples are clean before u feed ur lil one. After feed, apply the medicine.
