Feeding:Help Baby throwing up - Help Please

My son is 9 month and for some reason he throws up after his lunch for few days last week and this week. I give mashed veggies(carrott/beans/squash etc) for lunch.He has mild thrush in his mouth.He is a very good eater..Please help...

I had same exp a few days back.
Did you try feeding anything new or a more coarse texture ?
I was feeding her apple milkshake and I found few small chunk of apple which was not pureed well and similarly a couple of other items were not properly pureed.
I guess instead of choking she just vomitted.
