hi miloni
well miloni i think that ur feeding routine is just going ok but u can just make it better by giving ur some side norishment like cerelac or some home made preparation in the place of 4:00 bf as i think it will help her to get away from mothers milk otherwise it will become her habit and i have heard it somewhere that after 6 month of age of ur child u should start aloofing him from BF as it has not such norishment that was there before

I was given a health or approx. development chart by my dr. n according to that your daughter weight is good (touch wood)
Regading milk as u r BF so it is difficult to guess how much she is having in a day. wot i know is BM is best at start but at this stage (7 1/2 months) i have no idea as u r BF her, if she is getting required vitamines and mineral. so that' s your choice to still BF her or go half n half. but if u choose to BF then make sure that u have a very very healty diet as FM has added vita+mineral so u know exactly wots going on.but i will deffo say try to include fruit n vege , cheese, paneer etc. she will love it.

I not a expert but being a first time mum n recently gone through this stage myself i am wrtting this.My son recently turn one n this was his diet as a average
5 a.m FM 120ml
7 a.m again milk about 90ml
9 he use to get fruit puree 80g jar
11 milk 120 ml
12.30 he use to have his vegetable with rice or chicken/ham/pasta or what ever i use to cook for him or open a baby food jar about half a katori or 100g
2.30 milk again about 120 ml
4- 4.30 about 60ml custard/fruit yougarts or sometime use to get lentil with vegetables /boiled potatoes mashed in full fat curd
6.30 milk 90/120 ml
9 milk 120 ml
11 milk 90/120 ml
i use to give him more milk as milk is good for them normally 500 to 600ml is recommended for babies once they turn 6 months (but that mum' s choice)
there is no fruit in your baby' s diet so pl. try to give fruit to her n there is 4 hours differnce in BFeeding 12 pm then 4 pm.so pl. minmize that gap
regarding weight my son was three and a half KG when born and has kept his weight put up every month accordingly
wot weight was your baby when born?
wot time your baby go to bed? change her soup/khichri from 6 to 4 n see if she still vomit and instead of 6 give her BF at 7. see weaning is just a errors, trying n learning as a mum u know wot' s best for your baby.hope this is any help
