New flavor in quaker oats..try that.
Try giving stuffed parantha..veg pulav is a good option as gauri sd. Some recepes that I have got frm this site
here is another one using jowar flour..use this a lot, has more iron then whole wheat flour..steam some cauliflower, and then mash in mixie.mix with cheese, dhana jeera, haldi, salt into jowar flour..mix with whole milk, not water.

make little parathas..watch them eat..

like to make veggie dosas for my daughter and she likes them..instead of putting bite size pieces of veggies in there, i actually blend the veggies into the dosa batter..that way, even if she eats 9-10 pieces, i am sure she got some veggies in her tummy..

i make pancakes for her with pureed fruit..sometimes i use my own pureed fruit, or if time is not there, i put half of the gerber fruits in the pancake batter..this way, she is getting some fruits also..

here in the us, we have stonyfield organic yogurt..i don' t buy the yo-baby, because they are too expensive, and she doesn' t even finish them sometimes..so i buy the big container in french vanilla flavor, or any other..and at home i mix fruits in it for her..she loves it..i see that she likes this better than the yo-baby..

i mash sweet potatos, carrots, green peas, green beans, any other veggies u have..add a little cheese, jeera powder, haldi, bread crumbs..and make little cutlets...she ate the whole thing...so i will make other veggies like this also for her..

boil cauliflower and broccoli till tender...then sprinkle some amul cheese, or parmesan cheese..she loves it, actually did not make enough for her and she got upet that it was finished..

Add pieces of all the vegetables he is used to (potato, carrot, lauki, cabbage, beetroot, radish) one small tomato & onion (only if u have started these) and one clove garlic. Throw in a bunch of Spinach leaves and pressure cook. When done cool & puree. To this paste add the reqd amt of water and boil. Add salt & pepper (again optional) for taste. When u r about to lower it from the stove you can add 1/2 a cup of milk too. Gives it a good flavour

All veg are optional, u can make this with just palak leaves too but it just dosent taste the same
