hi all,

i am new here....my baby is having cold from past 4 days...he has no running nose..only when he breathes i can hear some sound.
i have read other messages also..which reffered to hetal' s message 9993. but cudnt find out how to find that message..
please let me know the remedy of cold .

thanks.....mom nitti replied. Take a small pan, warm up 3 tea spoons of coconut oil and dissovle Karpooram(Karpoor) in it and while the oil is little warm to comfortable level apply it on chest, back and neck and it gives very good relief.
You can use a cool-mist humidifier to increase air moisture and petroleum jelly on the skin under the nose to soothe rawness.
Also,sit with baby on your lap in the Bathroom with the shower on the hottest setting for 10 minutes . The steam will help loosen the congestion.
