hello all, please suggest how u feed solman fish to ur kids. Also the recipe for preparing chicken for 2 years old. My son is locking up his lips when i add these 2 in rice. please reply.

Subject:  Salmon and chicken cutlets



Hi Sandhya,
Even my son doenst eat his fish and chicken ifi just give it to hi mixedwith rice, so i make cutlets of fish and chicken. Following is the recipe. Hope your son likes them.

Chiken/fish cutlets

fish(tuna or salmon)/chicken- steamed and shredded
carrots- grated
zucchini-grated (or any other veg)
cheddar cheese- grated
egg- lightly beaten
poatatoes- boiled and mashed
parsely/coriander- finely chopped
bread crumbs

mix all the ingredients except the egg and bread crumbs. Once well mixed add just enough egg to make it wet so you make a cutlet of it. Then roll the cutelt in the breadcrumbs and cook with little olive oil.
