Hi Archie,
Thank you for responding and also for your advice about BBT,Cervical mucous and OPK.
IS there any brand of OPK that i should achieve or any one is good.I live in the US.

I will certainly combine all the above and try to stay calm.
The cervical mucous u are talking about i have tested it many times ,have found it to be EWCM too...but i guess i have to combine it with OPK to achieve the desired result.
It has really helped me to know how to read onto the BBT temp results.
Since all this time i have never really talked to anyone about this problem i feel a lot better talking to you.
I will trouble you again if i have some problems in understanding the temps. from the BBT.

Thanks for getting back. I would love to help and share that I know about the subject.

I think any brand should be OK when you decided to combine BBT and EWCM along with. When three correlate then there is no doubt about ovulation and thus enhancing chances to hit the door of success.

My advise would be to avoid brands those are relatively cheap, they are in fact are expensive with the confusion they add to interpret. Any brand over $30 or $25 is good. The best bet is the brand that predict 24 to 36 hours prior to ovulation, the best is the one predict within 24 hours.

Brands predicting within the window period 36-48 are of less precision.

Let me clarify: OPK detect LH (Lutenizing Hormone), which is classically released about 36-48 hours before ovulation and it takes a little more time to appear in urine (just like hCG tale hormone of pregnancy). Therefore any kit saying about 48 hours gives you hope of timing but actually this means too early to find LH in urine and you could get confused, but between 24 to 36 hours before ovulation your Urine should have some LH and thus I recommend this test better than 36-48 hours.

While studying CM stay out of any scented or colored tissue, use soft naturally white tissue.

Stay abstained from intercourse until you are confident that you are fertile.

When to test OPK?
If cycles are regular and are 28 days then you are expected to ovulated around 13 or 14th day of cycle. Testing must be done from CD10, you may get it negative on CD10, may get positive on Cd11, CD12 and negative on CD13. This means you are nearing to very close to ovulation with this data on CD13. The LH peak will stay for little less than 24 hours.
Testing instruction must be followed as per test and my recommended days are for test that predict beween 24-36 hours.
