Vegetarian Food:Dry Okra/Aloo Ka Bhurta/

Dry Okra

Ingredients:
okra
onion
tomat
grean chilli
salt
red peper
oil for fry
1 kg
one in chunky slices
3 small piece
1 tesp
1tesp


How to Prepare:

cut okra in very small piece then put oil in deep pan fry okra in oil until it look crispy not look black after it get crispy put okra in seprate pan and put onion ,tomato ,green chilli,salt,red peper on it and add 1 tasp oil in it and just mix on low heat just for 2 minutes .

Aloo Ka Bhurta

Ingredients:
aaloo...1/2kg
onion...3medium(cut it in
thin pieces)
yugurt...1/4kg
salt...according to taste
red chilli powder...3tb.sp.

fresh coriander...1bunch
cooking oil...2cup


How to Prepare:

1.Boil the potatos & mash them.
2.In a bowl mix salt & red chilli powder in yugurt & beat them.
3.Fry the onion in Cooking
pot.
4.When it became golden brown pour the yugurt & stir it.
5.Add mashed potatos & mix it.
6.Then add fresh criander leaves & mix them.
SERVE IT WITH Chappties

can u suggest more sabjjis. I am a vegetarian so pls tell some veg recepies.
