My son just turned 2 years old , he drinks milk and water from bottle only . I have to hold his bottle whenever i give milk to him . My MIL spoiled him . He doesnt know how to drink from cup . how do u all teach ur babies to drink from cup and how long will it take for them to drink like us . Im expecting 2nd baby , so want to wean him from bottle asap . Pls advice .

This is what i did. I offered water in a feeding bottle and milk in a sippy cup.

whenever he asked for milk, i gave milk in a sippy cup and whenever he used to refuse it, i offered him water from the bottle. In two days he realized drinking milk from cup was better than drinking water from the bottle.

try this and see it might work for u too or try google where u might get different methods for weaning
