Dear JM, Fortunately these days we can help out men with extremely low counts / motility with the ICSI procedure. It is a form of IVF (or test tube baby procedure) where each sperm taken from you is injected into the each egg obtained from your wife to make it fertilize and form embryos, which are then transferred back into her uterus. ICSI has given hope to a lot of childless couples and would be the treatment of choice for you.
