Feeding:warm water affect lactation ?

Hi,

I have heard that drinking warm water or hot milk can affect lactation . Is that true? I am down wid cold so feel like drinking warm water.

no, it will not affect lactation. There is only one thing that really affects lactation and that is your mental state.

Keep yourself healthy and happy and everything will be fine.

How do you think the poor manage?

1st 3 months i was given warm water strictly...coz our body is to week...even if u have normal room temperature u might get cold..n to keep ur system m clean warm water is given...coz any constiaption...or loose motion...or gas ..to mother wil affect baby too...
i don tknow if i should agree to what u said....
