I am not ovulating as seen in my endometrial biopsy.Earlier I have taken Chromophine citrate (Fertomid),LH (Cabergolin)and progestrone (Divery 10). For 3 month.These days i am taking injection of urofallotropin 75 IU on 2nd and 6th day of cycle.I want to know whether the dosage or the mode of treatment is right if not then please suggest me any infertility expert in lucknow.....Thanks

Hi Arshia,

Daily doses of gonadotropins are preferable to intermittent doses taken after every 3 or 4 days. It is also advisable to get your hormonal levels checked if this has not been done before including your FSH & LH (on day 1 / 2 of your cycle), your TSH, Prolactin and Fasting Serum Insulin levels to decide further course of management.

yes they have checked my hormonal level....slight deficiency of progesterone was noticed at luteal phase..since i have taken progesterone tabs...now i dont have any problem regarding my periods(earlier they came late...around 35-38 days)as it comes in 31-32 days...but still I am not able to conceive.....what should i do next....what will be the next level of treatment.....
