hi sonia - cuts in the anus area can be fissures...this is due to hard stools. my son has chronic constipation n also has gone thru the same...i can understand how u are feeling. coz of the fissures he may bleed everytime he poops. pls take himto a ped they will give an ointment that needs to be applied inside the anus witha nozzle. the name is Shield...but i wd prefer u ask the ped n then use it.this is till the time heatl replies. take care n love to ur baby
