I am 26 years old married lady, my last LMP was 1st Dec. and it was due upto 22nd Jan. so I went to Dr., she has taken Pregnancy Test which was “faint positive”. So she has given me some medicines like Folic Acid, Progesterone etc. and called me after 15 days to confirm the pregnancy. But on 31st Jan I have started bleeding so immediately I went to Dr. she has taken a Pregnancy Test which comes Negative. So she have given me Duphaston 2 tablets and told me to go for Scan.

My Scan report is as follows -

Urinary wall is normal in thickness no e/o cystitis/calculi

Uterus is normal – 8.7 x 3.4 x 4.0 cm. Endometrial thickness normal (11 mm) No fibroid

Polycystic Ovarian Disease no adnexal mass

After getting this report she put me on Birth control pills “Triquilar” to regulate my periods and told me to loose some weight by exercise and diet. I am 5ft 4in & my weight is 65.5 kg.

I want to get pregnant early so after 3 months of birth control pill, how many months it will take to get pregnant? For which treatment I should go? please share your experiences with me

As per your situation and trying for concieve , you could take the advantage of ovulation Kit .
This LH ovulation kit will predict if you are ovulating .
to get know about ovulation is very helpful for concieve .
If your cycle length is 28 days then your body will discharge LH hormon from day 12 to 16 (Depends)
During this ovulation period you can make the intercourse then the chances will be increase for pregnency.

And you can take following instructions :

1- Use Pillow under hips during sex .With this method lot of sperm will stay in vagina .

2- Use Folic Acid and multi vitamin Tablets regularly .

3- Do not use any Lubricant / Gel / Oil/ Cream during sex .As it all damage
sperms .

4- Take daily 30 Minutes of walk .

5- Check your thyroid , if it is not normal , consult with doctor.

6- Do not take bath in Hot water . Try to take in Low hot water.( You and your partner)

7- Use ovulation Kit for checking that when you are ovulating . Make the sex
every alternet day during ovulation .

8- Do not take any stress and enjoy sex .

9- Try to make your vagina sperm friendly .Do not go immidiate for toilet after sex.

10-If you have little bit over weight then try to reduce that also with exercise or yoga .

11- Before making the intercourse , it is required to have foreplay with your partner.with this method lot of problem will clear naturally.

Thanks RV replied. Some doctors give contraceptives to overcome the period irregularity caused by Poly Cystic Ovaries. PCO is such a common problem these days and weight reduction is mandated for that. They say only if we reduce weight, our body would respond to the treatment properly. Actually I have PCO. One doc gave me contraceptives and asked me to take it for three months. But my next doc said thats not needed and gave just Obimet (Metformin) and just take that.
Did you tell ur doc that u r planning for a child? In which case, she might not give contraceptives and just give pills for ovulation. But they say, for people with PCO miscarriage rate is high (dont know how true and proven it is though!). better talk to ur doc and ask her if it is mandatory to take contraceptives now. but contraceptives will be effective only in the cycle u have it. so the moment u stop it, u should be ready to conceive right from the next cycle i believe.
