Hi All Moms on the board,

I would be traveling to India from the US for my daughter' s 1st b' day in December. I have a few q' s and hope that you can answer them for me...
1. I am planning to start whole milk once she is a yr old. Now is it advisable to start whole milk while I am there in India? If so, then which one? I will be in India for 2 mths. so just hoping that she settles ok with the change in milk in India and then here in the US.
2. Also, on the agenda is a trip to the south..wondering what do we do about water and should i carry baby food?
3. Do airlines allow strollers and any other tips for the flight.
Thanks

Hi,
Strollers and car seats are allowed till u just get into the flight.Just before getting into the flight they take teh stroller and give it back once You land. You can put your babys car seat in the chekin luggage.Carry some formula also.carry some baby food, like gerber and some finger foods, they will be very useful until your baby gets used to the food there.
Please give your baby only Boiled Mineral water for atleast 20 days and even you take the mineral water.I used to boil the mineral water for my baby all through. They are very easily sussceptable to all kinds of infections and Flu' s.Take care and have a wonderful trip.Good Luck.
