Hello Saps,
I went through your messages here..looks like you had any interesting journey in infertility.Can you share how many ivf you went through? and where?.What was exact problem?(if you don' t mind).

Can i ask u both what do u mean by difficult transfer ?I also had a failed cycle and am contemplating what must have gone wrong .Accordingly i have to plan for future (test ,Dr.etc.).
So please can u let me know so that i can relate it to my case .I 2 had some problems in my cycle .

SupS replied. Hi Sanjana,

I watched the \" Secret\" just before I got into the IVF cycle. It helped tremendously. Also, my hubby and I had decided that we would go in for adoption. So we were going to have a baby anyway.. That took a lot of pressure off the IVF cycle. Also, we had a lot of help from our doc, we totally trusted her and didn' t ask any questions during the cycle, how many eggs, how many fertilized etc. We left everything to her totally and did just what we were asked to do..
1.To reply to your question, I didn' t really follow \" The Secret\" in the sense I didn' t practise any of the rituals that they endorsed. I just tried to remember the main message of the movie and inculacate it in my life daily.
2. I didn' t follow any special diet. My pregnancy was complicated and it looked like a miscarriage as I ahd a lot of bleeding at 8-9 weeks. But miraculously by some expert counselling and God' s will, my abby survived.
3. I too had a high titre of killer cells and underwent IVIG cycles before and during my pregnancy.
4. The doc in Pune with whom I had my first IVF also had told me that transfer was extrememly difficult, but Dr parikh did not have a problem.

I have tried several docs before finding the right one. in Dr Fiurza PArikh, JAslok hopsital Mumbai. I think her positive outlook and confidence has helped me get my darling daughter! I went thru IVFs in Pune and Bangalore that failed and finally succeeded in Mumbai
I think most people tend to go to doctors from their city bcos of conveneience without a thought for the docs credentials. My hubby and I too made the same mistake, before we realised that proximity to the doc or living in the same town are not important. Even if it means a little extra trouble, its worth it to go to the best doc.. When we did, we were successful!
What abt you? WHere do u live? Which doc are you seeing?
