I have been TTC for the last 3.5 years, but in vain. Was under treatment for sometime but discontinued since a year now. My last periods were on the 20th of march, no sign of the next after that till date. Last week i did the home test, but negative reult. No other symptoms either, hence i am reluctant to see the doc as i will be disheartened to see the negative result again. Pls advise what to do in such a situation.

If you have your period regularly then I suggest you give another week before doing another HPT to confirm either way. Hope all works out. Good Luck.
