What i would suggest you is identify the time of the day when ur son poops. Make it a point to give the potty that very time. What i mean is consistency will pay off here and ofcourse lots of patience. it took almost a month for my son to realize what he was supposed to do sitting on the pot. give the potty every day at a fixed time. to make him sit u can give him some toys to play. do keep holding him from the knees or someplace ....they decide to jump off anytime according to their sweet will:-)

chetana gauri replied. very simple...get one potty pot tell every1 at home the moment u see ur baby getting ready for poo..rush towards potty n make her sit on that ...initially she will harass u for sitting on pot ..even if she sits she will get up half way....u hv to hv patience with babies ..dont gv up...one day she will get use to....
